Very kind staffs, overall clean inside and restrooms. To pick a few points, I hope the beverages be fully filled up to the cups.

I was very cold. I believe we had like the major cold where no one was going outside so I decided to order a warm drink and also something delicious but beautiful for my daughter so I decided to order a strawberry cake pop or chocolate cake pop in two different cookies and a drink the cake pops were beyond what I imagine I was looking for the whole entire cake to purchase will purchase it again. Love it great service.

Excellent staff and typically nice store but, as in the case with many Starbucks, it's confusing to know where the order spot or line is vs the pickup spot or line. There is no obvious sign and there are usually a bunch of people milling about. A simple sign or two can make the entire process smoother.

Went there twice on Thanksgiving & Black Friday; was staying at a hotel close by in downtown. The first day I was greeted with a warm welcome and the 2nd time not so much. The drinks are chain, obviously and were good. Got the seasonal drink white chocolate mocha ice with coconut milk, yum.

I have to say, this Starbucks is one of the best-looking ones I've seen. The interior is clean and comfortable, and the music complements the atmosphere perfectly. I especially enjoyed the jazz they were playing. The open space and the iconic siren logo also add to the ambiance. However, the customer service here could be improved. While it wasn't terrible, I had to repeat my order several times, breaking it down in more detail each time, until I had to show a photo of my order for it to be understood. I stopped at this Starbucks thinking I would quickly grab a drink and go, but unfortunately it took 25 minutes for them to serve me two drinks. To make matters worse, I received a ticket for 15-minute parking. When they finally handed over my drink, it almost fell and spilled, and on top of that, it was made incorrectly. I hate being that person but I worked at a Starbucks and these drinks weren’t made right.
